Our relaxed, learner-led sessions give children time and space to connect with nature, to explore, learn, grow and play in a supportive, inclusive environment. Freedom and choice is at the heart of our ethos, and with experienced, passionate, nurturing staff your children will flourish during their time in the woods.
Meet our leader
Becky
Having grown up in the countryside, surrounded by nature and animals, Becky developed a lifelong passion for both. She studied for her degree in Psychology at Southampton University and went on to work in schools throughout the South West.
With a specialism in SEND, particularly Autism and child brain injury, Becky completed her Forest School training in 2021 and went on to run forest school and outdoor learning programmes in a local school. A mum to William (4) and Lily (1), Becky knows how important it is for children to be allowed freedom , space and the opportunity to connect with the great outdoors. Passionate about the natural environment and what a vital role nature based, child led learning has in nurturing an individuals holistic development, her vision is to create a safe, friendly space where children and adults feel welcome, valued and can learn new skills whilst having lots of fun!
